ASSESSABLE VALUE FIELD DISAPPEARS IN ADDITIONAL TAX DETERMINING FACTORS FORM (Doc ID 2261727.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Tax Set Up, Test system, New Implementation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating a new transaction with the setup from the support note Doc ID 1570683.1, the Assessable Value field disappears in Additional Tax Determining Factors form from transaction.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Assessable Value field should be visible in the form, after the value is populated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
3. Create a new transaction > set the the Assessable Value to xxx value > the Assessable Value field disappears in Additional Tax Determining Factors form

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Go-live (first week from April) date is impacted.
