Price Breaks Not Getting Applied When User Changes The Quantity (Doc ID 2261908.1)

Symptoms

On iProcurement 12.2.5 price breaks do not appear to be applied before requisition is submitted; it is only after submission that the price breaks seem to be applied.


Expect that when the quantity is changed, that the price breaks will cause a change in the Price also


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Price breaks in Item Details
2. Change the Quantity of the item in the shopping cart
3. Expect to see Amount change in line with the price breaks that have been defined, but the price does not change
4. Submit the requisition
5. Amount has changed indicating that the price break is in effect; despite not showing the effect while it was in the shopping cart.


Due to this issue, users cannot see the price break effect before the requisition is submitted
