Symptoms

Purchase Order Stuck in "Pre-approved" Status after Changed Promised date and re approve with below error for Back to Back flow.

Document Manager Failed With Error Number 3 Error

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Back to back Sale Order.
2. Create Purchase order from internal requisition
3. Receive and Deliver the purchase order.
3. Create ASN
4. Partially receive and deliver
5. Then change "Promise date" in the PO and try to re approve it.
6. Purchase Order get stuck in "Preapproved" status

The inventory debug log file shows

INV_MAINTAIN_RESERVATION_PUB.Check_Reqd_Param: In reduce_reservation, p_mtl_maintain_rsv_rec.from_primary_uom_code is required parameter, value is g_miss_char
