On : 12.2.4 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using a custom pick release program and performing pick release.
It is noticed during Transact move order process, that delivery details are created and split even though there is enough on hand quantity available.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the lines should not be split into two deliveries.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory responsibility and navigate to Move Orders > Transact Move Orders > Transact Move Orders Form > Transact Move Order
