Symptoms
When entering resource usage and creating team roles to submit to the staffing Manager. A senior Staff engineer is hardbooked with cost rate of 75.
The Resource Name is now displaying the cost rate, ETC cost, and plan cost are showing a rate of 50. Refreshing cost rates with the calculate button does not change the value to 75. However when the number of hours are increased and put back the same number of hours the new rate shows at 75 when saved.
