Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Customer Tab.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- While trying to query for a customer type Person in Oracle Customers Online (OCO), in a Non DQM environment; notice that the query does not retrieve any rows The same query performed using Receivables Responsibility, returns rows.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Expect the query to return the customer record if DQM is not used.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Responsibility: Customer Librarian Superuser 2. Navigation: Customer > Person > Query for a customer type person 3. Notice no results are returned.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- Due to this issue, users cannot query customers in Oracle Customers Online (OCO).
