Symptoms
Customers migrating FTI data to 6.4.2 on Windows OS by running the aa_dbpatch.cmd script will not be able to complete the migration successfully due to multiple scripting issues. When executing the aa_dbpatch.cmd, the script will end prematurely without updating FTI database content.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to <OTM_HOME>/glog/oracle/script8/advanced_analytics
2. Run the aa_dbpatch.cmd
