IDV Reference With Future Start Date Drops Off From Document Builder:
The IDV source document reference has to be reentered when the start date for the IDV is in the future, as it drops off of the Order when added through the document builder. This reference will have to be manually reentered on the Order screen after create is selected.
1. Ensure that an approved IDV exists in the system. The approved IDV needs to have a future date listed as the Award Start Date on the header of the document.
2. Navigate to the Buyer Work Center. Select an existing PR to use to create an Order off of the IDV from step 1. Add the PR to the document builder. Ensure that the IDV referenced above is entered in the document builder.
3. Select the Create button. When the document is created, the source IDV reference is removed from the document, forcing the user to reenter this information.
