Symptoms

When integrating OTM 6.3.7 with HERE Maps API for time and distance calculation, he below properties have been set

While testing from OTM, we are getting belowexceptions in Log file

glog.externalapi.distanceengine.ExtEngineException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: [Security:090497]HANDSHAKE_FAILURE alert received from route.cit.api.here.com - 54.247.67.85. Check both sides of the SSL configuration for mismatches in supported ciphers, supported protocol versions, trusted CAs, and hostname verification settings.
