IB Associations Tab : Contacts section Displays Duplicate Contacts - Both Person Party And Business Contact (Doc ID 2263440.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In 12.2.5 Installed Base user interface > Associations tab > Contacts section displays both person party and business contact.

"Duplicate" contact information displays both the person and the business contact, there is no reason or value in displaying the person party information in the IB. This adds double the values a user must go through in order to find the Contact needed. 

Release version 12.1 did not work this way.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Do not want to display Person Party information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility 'Oracle Installed Base Agent User' > Query item instance > Associations tab > Contacts section> Add Contact
2. Add a new contact > Save
3. Can see in the instance Associations tab that the contact is duplicated
