Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Scheduling and Sourcing
When attempting to run Schedule Orders concurrent program,
the following error occurs.

ORACLE error 6550 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'REQUEST'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User responsibility
2. Run Schedule Orders concurrent program.
