E-Business Suite R12 Workflow, Generic Service Component Workflow Notification issues

The system administrator reports receiving WFERROR notifications mentioning another Notification ID similar to the errors below:

ID: XXXX (Changing the actual Notification ID with XXXX)

Event Error Name: WFNTF_NID

Event Error Message : 3200: Notification 'XXXX' does not exist
