Attribute16 or Higher Is Not Getting Updated for Seeded Contracts Screen (Doc ID 2263840.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup or Administration Bugs

We enabled attribue16 and updated the value for the same for all contracts.
When we open the contract in seeded screen and make any update to it, it blanks out attribute16 on save. Also if we try to update this value from seeded screen this is not saved to backend tables.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contracts manager -> Open a contract -> Update attribute16 for service contract -> It is not updated in backend tables
