Purpose

The purpose of this document is to assist customers, consulting and support in troubleshooting issues with understanding how the DSO is calculated in the Advanced Collections, Collections Agent User Interface.  Very rarely are issues attributed to a problem in the code, but rather an understanding of how the DSO is calculated and ensuring you have the proper setups in your instance for an accurate calculation.
