Change Management Workflow Promote Issue Does Not Refresh Page

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
After upgrading to 12.2.5, Change Management does not honor the status that's selected in the Promote screen pull-down menu.
Expected Behavior
Customer expects Change Management to honor the selected status that's selected in the Promote screen pull-down menu.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Navigate: Development Manager >
1. Navigate: Development Manager > Change Management > Change Simple Search > Query for Change Order
2. On the Change Management page, click to open the Workflow sub-tab
3. In the Promote screen, select the to Promote from Open to Approval Status
4. Apply
5. The form does not refresh and still shows the change order in the Open Status
