New Hire State Report Crossing Data Between GREs Under One Business Group (Doc ID 2264119.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 22, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle HRMS (US) - Version 12.2.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Problem Statement:

Employees who have been terminated from one GRE which does not use the New Hire Report, and then are hired in another GRE which does use the report, are being picked up in the report erroneously as terminations.

It is expected that terminated employees from other GREs should not be pulled into the report.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee hired by GRE#1 (which runs the New Hire Report - which picks up both new hires and terms)
  - Employee is terminated from GRE#1

2. Employee is hired by GRE#2 (Which does NOT run the New Hire Report)
  - Employee is terminated

3. When GRE#1 runs the next New Hire Report employee is picked up - even though they are not in the same GRE
