Cannot Update the Price in Global Purchase Agreement Using 'via Upload' Functionality (Doc ID 2264315.1)

When trying to update the Global Purchase Agreement (GBPA) lines from Buyer Work Center (BWC), using 'Via Upload' functionality, the price is not updated.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go in BWC and create a GBPA
2. Adding lines to the GBPA using 'Via Upload' functionality
3. Updating the GBPA price for a line from old value to a new value using 'Via Upload' functionality
The price is not changed after this action, the price is still the same with the old value
