Split Cart Line Not Working In IStore - Page returns no error, Splits not Saved (Doc ID 2264332.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,
 

When using the split line functionality in iStore, we specify the split quantities and save, it returns back to the shipping page without showing the split.
 

On checking the logs we are seeing error is thrown from ASO_SPLIT_LINE_INT. Due to the exception it return back to same page

STEPS

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Add an item to the shopping cart
2) Checkout to Shipping Header Page
3) Select Ship to Multiple Locations option
4) Click Split Quantity option for the cart line
5) Enter the split quantities on the Split Item page and click Apply
6) Return back to Shipping back with no difference in cart line quantity

 

Changes

 Sequence ASO_PRICE_ADJUSTMENTS_S reached a value > 2 gb.
