Business Event Is Not Triggering When Updating The PARTY STATUS From UI

The Audit has been enabled to capture the updates done on few of the standard attributes in Customer Data HUB.
The STATUS (PARTY STATUS ) is one of the attribute. When updates happen the Business Event triggers and then calls the custom PL/SQL code.
The Business Event is working fine for all the attributes under HZ_PARTIES table, but it is not triggering while updating the status (PARTY STATUS ) from UI.
Below is the navigation sequence used to update the status :
1. Login to application using User name and Password.
2. Navigate to " Oracle Customer Data Librarian", click on "Home"
3. Click on " Data Quality" tab
4. Click on Party Maintenance
5. Search for the customer
6. Then change the status from Active to Inactive.
The changes are getting updated in DB however Business Event is not triggering.
Business Event Used is oracle.apps.ar.hz.Organization.update.
