Symptoms

 E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Technology Stack, HTTP Server Login related issues

 

 

 

When an incorrect EBS login password is entered after R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.5 <Patch 19245366> and later, the password field is not automatically cleared.

The issue results accounts being locked, if users then hit <enter> for the encoded password too many times.

For large organizations the system administrator then receives a large number of password reset requests.
