Error Displayed When Using French In 'Manage Appointments' Screen (Doc ID 2264432.1)

Symptoms

When using French, when performing right click on a Shipment in 'Manage Appointments' screen the following error appears:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Planification opérationnelle, Gestionnaires de quais et aires d'attente
2. Enter the ID du lieu and press Rechercher
3. Right click on it and select Gérer les rendez-vous
4. Select the Date and press Rechercher
5. Right click on the Shipment


The error above appears.
