Error "Quantity will drive negative if the transaction is performed" When Running Interface Trip Stop. (Doc ID 2264548.1)

Symptoms

Users run the Interface Trip Stop Program and it completed with error .

The Interface Trip Stop (ITS) concurrent request log file (with INV Debug enabled) shows the following 


ERROR
-----------------------
INV_TRX_MGR: BaseTransaction. Rollbacking all changes: oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException
INV_TRX_MGR: error expl :Ex.. in updateOnhand ..oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException
INV_TRX_MGR: TrxUtil: stacked message - Warning: Quantity will drive negative if the transaction is performed

Cause: The transaction you have requested will cause the quantity on this location to be negative. However, your setup indicates that negative quantities are allowed.
Action: Please review the transaction and proceed further.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping->Interfaces->Run.
3. Select the program Interface Trip Stop - SRS,
4. Enter the Trip XXXX and submit the program.

Notice the Interface Trip Stop Program error out.
