Unable To Add Approver From Approver LOV (Doc ID 2264576.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Approvers are not showing when attempting to select one from the Insert Approver LOV

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Approver should stay in the field after being selected and should not disappear from the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the iProcurement Responsibility
2. Create a Non-Catalog Request
3. Select View Cart and Checkout
4. Click Edit
5. Note that the Manage Approvals button is now showing correctly
6. When the popup appears, click "Insert Approver" and select the Approver
7. Click on the Submit button
8. The same screen shows again and the Approver field is no longer filled in
9. Click find to search and select the Approver
10. Find the approver and click select
11. The approver is still does not show in the field
