Symptoms

When attempting to approve AGIS recipient transactions, the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'UI_ACTION_TYPE' does not exist for item 'FUNRMAIN/317081_323537_4B541F8B6ANBA9DFE05318'
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FUN_RECIPIENT_WF", line 1951

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to AGIS responsibility.
2. Navigate Transactions-->Inbound
3. Enter batch number and click on 'Go' and then click on pencil icon under 'Update Transaction'
4. Click on 'Approve' and see if the system shows any error.
