This note provides a description of termination enhancements introduced in OLFM as of the 12.2.5+ Delta 4.1 patch.


 Business Background

Based on business practices or other factors, lessor may choose to make termination completion contingent on a transaction or event subsequent to quote acceptance. For example, in terminations without purchase, most lessors complete the termination only when the leased equipment is returned or, in termination with purchase, they may complete the termination only after termination invoices have been fully paid.

This document provides users with the ability to define the event or transaction that the termination process will require in order to complete terminations.
