R12: AP/XLA: Error: 95343 The Document Sequence Identifier XXXX Is Invalid When Trying to Account the Transactions (Doc ID 2265284.1)

Symptoms

After migration to R12, When attempting to run Create Accounting it ends in warning and the output shows the message:

Message Number	Message Text
95343	The document sequence identifier XXXXXXX is invalid. Please enter a valid document sequence identifier for the application Payables.

This is Error Code XLA_AP_INVALID_DOC_SEQ_ID.

Steps to reproduce:

Log into Oracle Applications using a Payables responsibility.
Open the Standard Request Submission (SRS)
(N) Other > Requests > Run
Run the "Create Accounting" process.
Review the output file and see the errors.
