Information in this document applies to any platform.
Fonts in the iSupport review page are the same, so you cannot tell the difference between the question and the answered entered.
In previous Release 12.1.3, users can see the Questions & Answers in different in fonts, which it is very useful when reviewing, before submitting the Service Request.
(R) iSupport Employee User
(N) Dashboard > Home > Create Service Request
- Choose an Service Request Type how have "Extended Attributes" (i.e. Warranty Claim)
- Complete the Questions & Answers
- Click Next
