Fonts in the iSupport review page are the same, so you can't tell the difference between the question and the answered entered
In previous release 12.1.3 we can see the difference in fonts and this would clearly assist in reviewing the review page before submitting the service request
Steps to reproduce the issue :
(R) iSupport Employee User
(Nav) Dashboard > Home > Create Service Request

Expect to see the Questions & Answers to be in different fonts as in 12.1.3 and as the previous screen shot I sent showing the different environments.
