Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Mailer Advanced Queue issues

 

Users report the 'connection security' setup options are missing from certain instances per Section 3 of <Note 2077434.1> available via the below navigation path:

System Administrator responsibility > Oracle Application Manager > Workflow > Click on Notification Mailer > Click on Workflow Notification Mailer > Click on Edit >Advanced > Steps 1 - 8

In other instances (Test, UAT, etc), the connection security options shows correctly via the above navigation path.
