Unable to find Receipt Source if Batch Date is same as Effective-To Date of Receipt Source

When Effective-To date of Receipt Source is same as Receipt Batch Date, the Receipt Source is not appearing in Receipt Source List Of Values (LOV).
Steps to Reproduce
1. Define Receipt Source with Effective-To date, e.g. 31-May-2017
2. Open Receipt Batch window and specify Batch Date, e.g. 31-May-2017
3. The Receipt Source which defined in Step1 is not displaying in Receipt Source LOV
