Symptoms
From the workflow notifications, when trying to open the Journal Batches Form using a responsibility, the Journal Batches Form does not open the First time.
It opens when click on the responsibility the 2nd time. This has happened in IE 11 both 32 and 64 bit and with Java 1.7.0 and 1.8.0.
Journal Batches Form should be launched on the first attempt.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Using IE11 any version (works fine on Firefox), log into Oracle.
a. On main Navigator page, click on Worklist > Full list tab.
b. In Worklist, select All Notifications and click next a few times until a standard GL journal is found.
c. Click the box and click Open tab.
d. Bottom left click Enter Journals, which opens a page to select 3 responsibilities.
e. Select Controller and nothing happens at all, nothing is launched.
f. Go back to Enter Journals.
g. Bottom left click Enter Journals, but this time it launches the applet for the form
h. Form opens.
The same thing happens for Budget journals (step b)
