On : 12.1.3 version, Field Service Engineer Portal
When viewing the Service request Summary page from FSTP the add notes section is not available .
The expectation is that the user would be able to add notes.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Navigated to Field Service Technician Portal
3. Queried for SR/Tasks
4. Clicked on the service request number
5. Show the SR details along with the notes
6. Not able to add notes
