The Collect Revenue Recognition process not picking up records causing:


Revenue and COGS mismatch for some sales orders

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Revenue and COGS to match

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Sales Order super user
2. navigation: Sales order
3. Create sales order and ship it
4. Run invoicing is complete

5. Run Collect Revenue Recognition 

6. Run Generate COGS Recognition Events program
7. COGS events are not generated for sales order

BUSINESS IMPACT

Sales Orders that are Invoiced are not COGS Recognized
