Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Wave Planning

When attempting to run concurrent request: PLAN_WAVE_CP: Wave Planning Plan Wave
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01086: savepoint 'PLAN_WAVE_CONCURRENT_SP' never established in this session or is invalid
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WMS_WAVE_PLANNING_PVT", line 962
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exceptio


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Warehouse management
2. run conc request:Wave Planning Plan Wave
3. Error raised:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01086: savepoint 'PLAN_WAVE_CONCURRENT_SP' never established in this session or is invalid
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WMS_WAVE_PLANNING_PVT", line 962
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exceptio
