Symptoms

 
When attempting to Import Objectives From HR Professional, the following error occurs.

The Desktop Integration - Create Document function is not available under the **** Performance Management Administrator responsibility.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Custom Responsibility similar to HR Professional V4.0
2. Go to Objective Library Function
3. Click on Import Objectives
