Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to access Attachments paper clip icon from the Oracle Toolbar on the Person Life Events or People forms.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that if the below Profile Options are set to "Yes", the paper clip Attachments icon will be enabled:
-HR:Use Standard Attachments
-Indicate Attachments
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee who uploaded Attachments via Self-Service > Benefits.
3. Select View Person Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
4. Select the life event in question.
See that the paper clip icon is not enabled (greyed out).
