R12: AP: APXPAWKB Exception Occured When Attempting To Get Details of Provided Payment Document (Doc ID 2267105.1)

Symptoms

Not able to use payment document. When the user is trying to get details of payment document, the following exception occurs:

Exception occurred when attempting to get details of payment document id <ID>

or

Oracle.jbo.toomanyobjectsexception:JBO-25013:Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[]

or

when clicking to update a payment document a different document is shown on the update screen.
