Symptoms
The error occurs in Enter and Assignment form in HRMS.
When attempting to enter assignment and try to save record, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Manager
2. People > Enter and Maintain
3. Enter person details and Save
4. Error is raised.
