CZ USER ALLOWED TO ENTER CZ RULE LARGER THAN 32K BUT THEN CANNOT EDIT RULE (Doc ID 2267400.1)

Symptoms

On Configurator Build 12.1.3.31.8,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
Users created a rule in Oracle Configurator and the length of the rule exceeded 32 thousand characters. The application allowed users to save this rule but when attempting to edit the rule the system does not allow editing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If Configurator allows users to enter a rule exceeding 32 thousand characters, then users should be able to edit it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at Customer site with the following steps:

1) Oracle Configurator Responsibility,
2) Oracle Configurator Developer,
3) Configurator Developer,
4) You are in the Repository so search for the model you wish to test,
5) Once you find the model, edit the model by clicking on the pencil icon,
6) Click on the Rules Tab,
7) Not able to edit the rule.
