Error "UnknownHost Exception" during FAHRCS ( Fusion Accounting Hub) Configuration with Proxy (Doc ID 2267434.1)

Symptoms

When trying to configure Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service under Proxy usage,
following problems occured.

1. Without /etc/hosts entry of cloud URL, following error occured when clicking next.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.net.UnknownHostException:

2. With /etc/hosts entry,above error dose not occur.
Furthermore, IP address in /etc/hosts entry dose not need be correct.
