ATO Item Overship does not clear reservation for Shipped Line

ATO Item Overship does clear reservation for Shipped Line

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create SO line 1.1 400 Qty Overship 10
2. Create WIP Job as 110 Qty * 4 as follows.
   437417 Quantity:110 >SO line 1.1 Primary Qty Reserved:100
   437420 Quantity:110 >SO line 1.1 Primary Qty Reserved:100
   437421 Quantity:110 >SO line 1.1 Primary Qty Reserved:100
   437422 Quantity:110 >SO line 1.1 Primary Qty Reserved:100
3. Complete 1 Job as 110 Qty
4. Pick and Ship as 110 and split line 1.2 is created
5. There is a reservation of 10 qty on line 1.1 which has been shipped

The following errors is invoked due to this process.

Completing WIP Job.

Supply/Demand document does not have enough quantity to be reserved against.

Removing Reservation from order line

Unreserve not allowed for the line as it has been interfaced to shipping.
