If the original date of leaving is older than 6 years then RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2016/17 reports payment date as date of leaving.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using UK HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2016/17
3. Check output.
