UK Pay -YTD Balances Missing in Statement of Earnings (Doc ID 2267539.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:


After applying Patch.25593706:R12.PAY.B TYE17: IOM BUDGET CHANGES 2017-2018., when Viewing the UK SOE, the SOE screen is not displaying the usual Year To Date (YTD) balances:
  • Gross YTD
  • Taxable YTD
  • PAYE YTD
  • NIable YTD
  • NI Ees YTD
  • NI Ers YTD
This is the case when accessing the SOE screen via both the Assignment Process Results menu option and via the People > Assignment > Statement of Earnings screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Quickpay / Payroll Run
2. View SOE: YTD balances are not being displayed
