Error on Accessing Claims Menu

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_NO_REGION_DATA. Tokens: REGIONCODE = /oracle/apps/ozf/claim/webui/ClaimSummaryPG;

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Trade Management User responsibility.
2) Click on Claim Tab. Error occurs.
