ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Currently GOSI Fast Formula is considering the date to skip the GOSI the Date Before 28th of Every month
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GOSI Calculation should happen as descried below
1.Employee Joining and Terminating month is same then GOSI should happen(Example Joining:01-Jan-2017 and Leaving any date between (02-Jan-17 to 31-Jan-2017))
2.Employee Joining and Terminating month is different then
1.If Employee Termination date is End of the month then GOSI should happen
2.If Employee Termination date is not End of the month then GOSI should not happen
Currently GOSI Fast Formula is considering the date to skip the GOSI the Date Before 28th of Every month
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. terminate an employee on 29 April
2- run quickpay
3- Gosi is deducted , but it shouldn't be deducted unless employee is terminate don last day of the month which 30 April
