RAXMRG: Customer Merge While Using MOAC Ends In ORA-06502 (Doc ID 2267945.1)

Symptoms

On : 12 version, CDM Merge

When attempting to run the Customer merge for two accounts while using Multiple Organization Access Control (MOAC), the process ends with the following error message in the log:

MSG-00001: ARP_CMERGE_ARCPF.delete_rows()-
MSG-00001: Sync parties of deleted accounts, call hz_dqm_sync.stage_account_merge
MSG-00001: HZ_DQM_SYNC.stage_account_merge()+
MSG-00001: HZ_DQM_SYNC.stage_account_merge error - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
MSG-00001: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.delete_rows : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
MSG-00100: 100 processing error
MSG-00100: processing_error


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Customers Online Data Librarian Superuser
2. Navigation: Data Quality > Account Merge Requests
3. Create a new merge request and Populate the To and From accounts > Run the Merge
