Publish Sales Register Completed With Error ORA-01422 ORA-01403 - After Upgraded To R12 (Doc ID 2268018.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Publish Sales Register report,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Report Completed with error & no output generated.

Publish Sales Register program in return fires RX-only: Sales Register program.

RX-only: Sales Register log file shows:

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

ORA-01403: no data found
Going to get the value for MASTER_ORGANIZATION_ID
ENTERING OE_SYS_PARAMETERS_PVT.VALUE
Parameter value fetched from table.

In spite of MO Operating unit profiles being set, p_org_id is set to 0 which is causing the issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables Manager

2. Run Publish Sales Register
