Questions in Regards to Infotiles and Filters in the Shipping Operations Page (Doc ID 2268519.1)

Question 1:

Have a requirement to add extra filter criteria to Delivery Details (Oracle Applications Framework) OAF, screen in Shipping Operations responsibility.
The filter values are populating from "LINE_LPN_FILTER" lookup type,  and it is not updatable.
From the code, it is observed as complex to add a new WHERE clause criteria to the underlying query.

Is there any way we can add new filter condition to the Delivery Details page?



Question 2:

Is it possible via OAF personalization to create new InfoTiles?
When creating a new object customer does not  see item type "Tile". We are in a 12.2.6 instance.

Is there any any document which talks about step-by-step creation of InfoTiles to the standard page using personalization?
Also please let me know if the Shipping Operations Delivery Details Page can be extended to add new InfoTiles (example. Backordered, Released to Warehouse etc.)
