Symptoms

Problem Statement
Sales order lines stuck in shipped status and relevant order line's workflow stuck error as below.

Error

ORA-20001:

Error Stack:
OE_Fulfill_WF.Fulfillment(OEOL, XXX, YYY, RUN, E21
,E22-1,E22-2,)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_FULFILL_WF.START_FULFILLME
NT, OEOL, XXX, YYY, RUN)

Steps :

The issue can be seen with the following steps:

  1. Order Management Super User Responsibility.
  2. Sales Order Form àCreate a New Sales Order with multiple Lines and put them on a Single fulfillment set.
  3. Cancel or Delete one Line on the Sales Order.
  4. Try to Progress the remaining Lines but they end up in Workflow with above error .
