Users require a method to enable or disable forms personalizations, without opening the personalized form.

Sometimes an active personalization can prevent users from opening a form, so the users cannot disable the existing personalization.

So issue results when users are unable to open form after enabling a specific personalization which results in an error, and cannot disable the personalization as the form cannot be accessed..
