WebADI Upload Error Unable ToCustomer Name.Value1 Value With Customer Name (Doc ID 2268683.1)

In 12.2.5 using webadi to create territories or update bulk territories generates following error after upload process has run : Unable toCustomer Name.Value1 Value

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate > Territory Management > Territory Administration > Territories > select Operating Unit = 'xxxxx'  > select usage = Trade Management > click Go
2. find existing territory > check select > click on Export icon > continue with export process > download and open Webadi spread sheet which displays territory
3. need to create new territory, copy existing row and insert on a new row, flag the new row and make changes rename territory
4. run upload process for flagged row/s completes with error view the error as Unable toCustomer Name.Value1 Value
